The Water retention Kit, consisting of Polyporus Basic, Auricularia Basic, Vitamin C and Magnesium, contrasts Water retention. These Medicinal Mushrooms have a powerful diuretic action and eliminate swelling of the limbs: they encourage the drainage of superfluous fluids which, accumulating, make the legs and ankles swollen and painful. Polyporus reduces pain, slims and tones. Moreover, it protects the circulation and the microcirculation of the lower limbs from stagnation of liquids, which over the years can cause visible capillaries and evident veins (Zhang, 2010).

Auricularia, thanks to its high concentration of adenosine, also promotes healthy microcirculation. It allows blood to flow smoothly and preserves the health of capillaries, veins and arteries (Pelleg, 1990).

Polyporus does not cause side effects and is compatible with any pharmacological therapies you are undergoing. Auricularia is not compatible with anticoagulant drugs and is not recommended during pregnancy.
