What is asthma?

It is an allergic pathology, in which pathological allergic antibodies (IgE) cause an allergic reaction and a consequent release of histamine which narrows the bronchi. As a result, less air passes through the bronchi, which also become inflamed, clogged with mucus and phlegm, also triggering annoying coughing attacks. Pathological allergic antibodies (IgE) are the basis of this disease, histamine causes bronchial symptoms.

Anna's story

She began to suffer from allergic rhinitis in the first year of primary school. It all began with an allergy to pollen, but she soon started to be allergic to dust and mites, with serious limitations. She was under 10 when she had her first attack of asthma. Since then, asthma has become prevalent and in the past three years, in order to avoid a respiratory crisis, she has been forced to take antihistamines and cortisone drugs every day. With this story behind her, she comes to my studio.

She is distressed by both the aggressive pathology and the fluid retention due to the use of cortisone.

I prescribe the protocol which I have been prescribing regularly for years with excellent results. It is composed of Reishi, Cordyceps, Shiitake and Vitamin C (Rosehip), which is initially taken together with conventional therapy.

Anna, already after just a month, is starting to feel better, not only has she had no asthma crisis, but she has the impression that she can breathe better.

Progress continues and so, after four months, her doctor gradually stops all medication.

At the end of the six months, she comes for a consultation and the situation is excellent.

She no longer needs to take conventional medicine, she is slim once again and is happy. I reduce her prescription and recommend that she takes only Reishi and Cordyceps for maintenance purposes for another six months.

When I see her again, a year has passed since the beginning of Mycotherapy and her asthma has never returned.

How do Reishi and Micoterapia work to treat asthma?

Shiitake, Reishi and Cordyceps are extremely useful for treating asthma, because they work, as always, on the symptoms and causes.

In a few months they reduce and eliminate allergic antibodies and also symptoms.

But let's see how they work in more detail.

Shiitake (causa), Reishi and Cordyceps (sintomi), eliminate allergic antibodies (IgE), as can be easily monitored with a simple blood test.

Shiitake regulates the intestine, the basic prerequisite for having good intestinal immunity. Without good intestinal immunity, the immune system cannot get rid of asthma.

Reishi is an effective antihistamine, with an effect similar to that of the chemical drug. It contrasts and often manages to prevent asthma crises. In addition, it has an anti-inflammatory cortisone-likeeffect.

Cordyceps, in addition to restoring the health of the immune system, increases the oxygenation of the blood, increasing the respiratory flow that is hindered in asthma.

Furthermore, Reishi and Cordyceps exercise an excellent anxiolytic effect, valuable because stress also often contributes to triggering asthma attacks .
